I registered my account, but my data is not loading?
Your account may take up to 12 hours to initially sync.
If, after 12 hours your data is still not loading, please contact support@battlemaps.co.
Why do I see a ‘no data’ notification for individual rankings?
Check to make sure you have you registered your Overwatch ranking on the individual rankings screen (https://app.battlemaps.co/#/individual-rankings/ > Click the ‘Register’ button that will show if you have not linked your account)
I linked my account to Overwatch and see my pin on the map, but why is there incomplete Overwatch statistics?
If incomplete stats are shown, be sure to mark your Overwatch profile as public (Open Overwatch game > ‘Options’ > ‘Social’ > make sure it’s public)
